3. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States

• Who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Employees, affiliates, distributors, and immediate family members of The Smoke Doctors are not

eligible to win.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

Method 1 – QR Code Entry (Primary)

• Visit a participating retail location where The Smoke Doctors products are displayed

• Scan the QR code on the display

• Complete and submit the online entry form

Method 2 – Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method)

To enter without scanning a QR code, mail a handwritten entry including:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Zip Code

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the entry period and received within five (5)

days.

5. ENTRY PERIOD

The giveaway is conducted on a monthly basis.

Each entry period begins on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59

PM (local time).

6. PRIZE

Each month, one (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Charcuterie Board Package, which may include:

• Assorted meats, cheeses, crackers, and accompaniments

• Smoke Doctors products

• Estimated Retail Value (ARV): $35

Prize contents may vary based on availability.

7. WINNER SELECTION

• One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during

the entry period

• Drawing will occur within 5 days after the end of each month

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone

• Winners must respond within 72 hours

If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. PRIZE DELIVERY

• Prize will be shipped to the winner’s provided address or arranged for delivery/pickup

• The Smoke Doctors is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

11. LIMITATIONS

• Limit one (1) entry per person per month

• Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, participants agree that The Smoke Doctors may use their:

• Name

• City/State

• Optional photo

for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Smoke Doctors reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if necessary

• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process

14. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

• The Smoke Doctors

• Kroger and affiliated retailers

• Any promotional partners from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.

• Not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta

• Not sponsored or administered by Kroger, but may be promoted in-store

• Promotional offers
